Welcome Abide Custom Builders to the Oconee Business Center!

Abide Custom Builders was one of the local businesses impacted by the Walhalla Fire when the temporary office space they had been using was destroyed. Owner Zach Doherty and Executive Assistant Megan Simmons met with TCEDC CEO Dave Eldridge and we were happy to help!

Abide Custom Builders is a residential construction company focused on custom new home construction, major additions, and large-scale renovations throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. Their work is grounded in careful planning, sound building practices, and clear communication from start to finish.

By performing the majority of work in-house and maintaining direct oversight throughout each project, the Abide team is able to uphold consistent quality standards, clear accountability, and disciplined execution across every phase of construction.

We are happy to welcome Zach, Megan and the Abide team to the Oconee Business Center and look forward to working with them to help Abide continue to flourish in our community!
