A wonderful initiative to support local children's literacy by Oconee County First Steps (Client and tenant at the Oconee Business Center).

On September 25th, Oconee County First Steps is organizing "9-25: What a Way to Make a Difference" — a one-day push to support Dolly Parton's Imagination Library here in Oconee County!
Dolly Parton's Imagination Library mails free, age-appropriate books to enrolled children every month, from birth until their 5th birthday — at no cost to families. This is made possible through a partnership between The Dollywood Foundation and local partners like Oconee County First Steps, who help cover the cost of mailing books to local kids. Over 2,000 Oconee County kids are already enrolled!
